Qualifications

Extensive travel required; travel ~80%.
10+ years of total related work experience.
5+ years of clinical experience.
2+ years of Health Informatics experience.
Previous experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) EHR strongly preferred.
Proven leadership in change management and project execution.
Excellent communicator across all levels.
RN or degree in related field.

Responsibilities

Drive end-user adoption, resolve implementation challenges, and optimize workflows using data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders from clinical end users to leadership to align goals and ensure successful EHR implementation, adoption, and use.
Leverage clinical data analytics to support evidence-based decision-making and regulatory adherence.
Translate complex technical ideas into practical, actionable recommendations.
Lead transformational change in healthcare and data-driven informatics initiatives.
