Mercy Home Health, a member of Trinity Health At Home, is seeking a dedicated Full-time Registered Nurse for our Palliative Care program in Bucks County, PA. You will deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes, develop personalized care plans, and educate families to support recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Current PA RN License and CPR Certification.
• Hospice/Palliative Care Certification required.
• Home care experience, hospice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN required.
• Licensure: Current PA RN License and CPR Certification.
• Certifications: Hospice/Palliative Care Certification required.
• Experience: Home care experience, strong clinical knowledge base, and hospice experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, critical thinking, and priority-setting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in computer skills.
