Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence - East Campus in El Paso is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver direct clinical care on a day shift, supervising staff and upholding safety standards. The role supports the CNO and ensures high-quality nursing care and effective resource management.

You will assess, plan, implement and coordinate patient care, administer medications, and follow hospital policies. Ongoing professional development and adherence to infection control are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Recent acute care experience preferred.
• CPR/AHA BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered nursing care.
• Coordinate and plan patient care within the medical regime.
• Administer medications safely per hospital policy.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, QA and emergency procedures.
