You will coach staff, oversee onboarding and education, partner with clinical and operational leaders, and help shape staffing strategies that balance patient care with employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
  • Master’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field required.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • ACLS preferred.
  • BLS preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of nursing professionals in a fast-paced PACU environment.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and psychologically safe team culture.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop staff through ongoing feedback and support.
  • Partner with clinical and operational leaders to improve team performance and patient outcomes.
  • Oversee onboarding, education, and professional development initiatives.
  • Help create staffing strategies that support both operational excellence and employee wellbeing.
