Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) is a national evidence-based nurse home visitation model that pairs nurses with low-income first-time mothers, beginning in pregnancy and continuing until the child's 2nd birthday. The NFP nurse home visitor position offers a rewarding experience for nursing professionals interested in improving health and social outcomes for first-time mothers and babies in Central Brooklyn. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications:

• BA in Nursing required.

• Basic computer skills.
• Spanish, French, and Creole language skills are a plus.
