What You’ll Do

1. Conduct virtual assessments and diagnose common acute and chronic conditions.
2. Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications.
3. Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and adherence.
4. Document visits efficiently in our electronic health record system.
5. Collaborate with care teams for comprehensive care.
6. Participate in clinical improvement initiatives shaping virtual care.

Required Qualifications

• MSN or DNP as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
• 5+ years of post-graduate clinical experience.
• Experience with all age groups including Pediatrics and Urgent Care/ER.
• Previous Telehealth experience required.
• Full practice licenses in at least one of these states: New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, or Florida.
• No disciplinary actions in the past 5 years.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and confidence practicing independently.
• Tech-savvy with telehealth platforms and protocols.
• Passion for building patient relationships in a digital environment.
