You will assist Registered Nurses by participating in patient care planning, implementation and evaluation, while learning in a hospital with a primary stroke center and long-term acute care unit.

• Report significant observations to a Registered Nurse.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to care for med-surg patients in facilities that include a primary stroke center and a long-term acute care unit.
