The role requires enrollment in or recent graduation from an accredited nursing program, with NCLEX timing, and a foundation in basic nursing tasks. Multiple shifts and per diem as needed are available.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN or pursuing RN with NCLEX required within 6 months of graduation.
• First clinical completed and in good standing in the nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Identify life-threatening situations and assist with Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Observe and report changes in patient condition and vital signs.
• Assist with lab specimens collection or delivery.
• Document accurately in the medical record and comply with HIPAA.
