Job summary

Applicants should be a rising senior pursuing a nursing degree, have completed Nursing Assistant I and II, and hold or be pursuing Nurse Aide I/II certifications, with BLS CPR current.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Rising senior in college, actively enrolled in an approved nursing program.
• Completion of Nursing Assistant I and II training programs.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and mental health status.
• Provides direct patient care, performing treatments, and assisting with procedures.
• Documents patient information accurately and maintains up-to-date medical records.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitors and reports changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.
• Adheres to infection control protocols and maintains a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
