The role requires an RN license, nursing education expertise, and CPR instruction credentials to deliver effective in-service training and competency assessments within the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• RN license in assigned state(s) is required.
• CPR instructor certification is preferred or required.
• Gerontology or education certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply OBRA Regulations.
• Lead staff education and orientation.
• Conduct nursing practice competencies with focus on complex patients.
• Assess learning needs and coordinate with corporate education.
• Coordinate CPR training and maintain documentation.
