Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate orientation, competency validation, and ongoing education for nursing staff.
• Develop educational materials, simulation scenarios, and skills labs aligned with guidelines.
• Provide real-time coaching, precepting, and mentoring to support safe practice.
• Collaborate with leadership on sepsis management, cardiac monitoring, safety, and quality initiatives.
