Qualifications

• Three years RN experience in a specialty care area.
• Experience in quality improvement or PI activities preferred.
• Experience as an Educator or in performance improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans, organize, implement and evaluate PI activities.
• Ensure staff education is completed related to PI opportunities.
• Serve as Performance Improvement liaison for assigned areas.
• Act as education liaison to fulfill department needs and reviews of standards of care.
• Represent the service in organizational Performance Improvement Programs.
