Job summary

Seven Counties is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate medical training across multiple sites in Kentucky. The role involves identifying training needs, developing and delivering in-person and virtual programs, and coordinating with clinical leaders to ensure competencies are met.

The ideal candidate has extensive nursing experience, experience with adult learning, and strong MS Office skills to support documentation, reporting, and program management.

Qualifications

• Adult learning experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Medical, Clinical, and Operational Leaders to manage training needs and identify gaps.
• Build relationships with external partners to support CE opportunities.
• Find, track, report on CE participation.
• Deliver in-person and virtual medical training and coaching.
• Provide input for non-medical clinical tasks.
• Provide medical onboarding and ensure completion of checklists and skills validations.
• Facilitate medical special programs as defined by the organization.
• Collaborate with L&OD to create/update training materials.
• Track medical training completions via LMS and other methods.
• Facilitate instructor-led training using simulations, group discussions, and multimedia tools.
• Integrate training with real-world medical situations to improve outcomes.
• Offer course offerings across multiple locations.
