Job summary

Top Echelon LLC seeks a Nurse Educator in Warden, WA to plan, deliver, and coordinate orientation and ongoing education for nursing staff. The role includes overseeing the nurse residency program and teaching certification courses such as ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.

The ideal candidate holds a US nursing license in Washington, with 5+ years in acute care and at least 2 years in nursing education, plus CPR/ACLS/PALS instructor status preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing is required; Master's in nursing or related field preferred.
Current Washington State Registered Nurse license is required.
CPR and ACLS/PALS instructor status preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, coordinate and deliver orientation and educational information to nursing staff and oversee the nurse residency program.
Facilitate and teach certification classes for Healthcare Providers (ACLS, ACLS-OB, PALS, NRP, TNCC and ENPC).
Collaborate with nursing managers and education staff to support development and maintenance of nursing skills through education.
