Job summary

Top Echelon LLC seeks a Nurse Educator in Warden, WA to plan, deliver, and coordinate orientation and ongoing education for nursing staff. The role includes overseeing the nurse residency program and teaching certification courses such as ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.

The ideal candidate holds a US nursing license in Washington, with 5+ years in acute care and at least 2 years in nursing education, plus CPR/ACLS/PALS instructor status preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and teach certification classes for Healthcare Providers (ACLS, ACLS-OB, PALS, NRP, TNCC and ENPC).
• Collaborate with nursing managers and education staff to support development and maintenance of nursing skills through education.

TITLE: Nurse Educator

LOCATION: Warden, WA

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing required, Master's degree in nursing or a related field preferred. Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
• CPR and ACLS/PALS instructor status preferred.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in acute care within the previous 7 years. Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting nursing education.

Hours and compensation potential:

• This is a full-time, salary exempt position.
• Range is $115K-$144K depending on experience.
• Full benefits package including relocation assistance(5K).
