Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• AHA BLS Provider CPR required at hire.
• Certified in Nursing Professional Development within 3 years.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a specialty area.
• Proficient with electronic systems and Microsoft Office; online learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports MWHC mission by partnering with clinical leaders to identify educational solutions.
• Assesses educational needs and forecasts trends affecting development.
• Plans and presents educational offerings; develops curricula; supports inter-professional education.
• Evaluates programs and outcomes; ensures regulatory compliance.
