Crestwyn Behavioral Health Hospital in Memphis, TN seeks a Nurse Educator to design, implement, and lead educational programs for clinical staff. The role focuses on onboarding, ongoing training, and ensuring regulatory compliance to promote safe, high-quality patient care in a psychiatric inpatient setting.

The Educator collaborates with Nursing leadership to identify learning needs, develop curricula, and deliver evidence-based content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years strongly preferred in nursing leadership or education
• 3 years of registered nurse experience required
• 1+ years experience in Clinical Education/Training and Development (Preferred)
• Certification as an NPD Practitioner (Preferred)

Responsabilités

• Facilitates orientation/onboarding program for new staff.
• Develops and implements evidence-based education plans.
• Collaborates with Nursing leadership to align curricula with regulatory guidelines.
• Delivers didactic and clinical skills content for designated competencies.
• Provides just-in-time education and infection prevention guidance.
• Acts as a nursing education resource and supports staff education needs.
