Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• BLS certification is required.
• NM RN license or Nursing Compact state license (or eligibility) is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive hospital educational plan for nursing personnel.
• Design, coordinate and execute the infection prevention and surveillance plan with regulatory reporting.
• Lead quality improvement activities through record audits and data analysis to drive targeted actions, ensuring survey readiness.
