You will design orientation, competency validation, and ongoing education plans for new graduates and staff, integrating regulatory standards and adult learning principles to improve patient care. This is a full-time role supporting the mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ.

Qualifications

• Supports nursing research and evidence-based practice across units.
• Facilitates competency-based onboarding and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Drives orientation for new nurses using ANPD standards.
• Coordinates education plans and competency validation.
• Disseminates evidence-based findings through educational programs and courses.
