Qualifications

RN license in Florida required.
Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a hospital setting.
Knowledge of ANCC/ANPD standards preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a resource for clinical inquiry and nursing education.
Plan, implement, and evaluate orientation using ANPD standards.
Develop competency validation and ongoing education plans.
Coordinate interprofessional education and staff development.
Support preceptor programs and promote certification.
