Responsibilities include delivering BLS, ACLS, and orientation sessions, collaborating with nursing leadership, and promoting evidence-based practice across departments.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in an acute care setting.
• 2+ years of experience in Education preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (WORD, PowerPoint, Excel) and Learning Management System.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain education programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Deliver engaging training using evidence-based practices and adult learning principles.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing education, including BLS, ACLS, Telemetry, and orientation.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to assess learning needs and measure program outcomes.
• Monitor progress of new hires and interns, offering mentorship and development plans.
