Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking a full‑time Nurse Educator to lead staff education and competency initiatives. You will design and implement educational programs using adult learning principles, coordinate content, monitor progress and evaluate overall effectiveness.

Responsibilities include integrating evidence‑based practice into education interventions, participating in interdisciplinary performance improvement, and contributing to a culture of service excellence

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of education experience.
• Cerner and HealthStream experience preferred.
• RN licensure in Florida is required.
