Surgery Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse Educator to coordinate, develop, and deliver educational programs that promote clinical excellence and support professional development across the organization.

The role ensures staff competency, regulatory compliance, and ongoing learning through orientation, annual training, certifications, and on-demand education in collaboration with department leaders.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program required.
• Master's degree in education preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin required.
• BLS certification is required upon hire; become a BLS instructor within one year.
• ACLS and PALS certification must be obtained within six months of hire.
• Experience as an educator is preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and provide comprehensive educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff across all departments.
• Oversee, develop, and facilitate clinical orientation and onboarding for all new hires.
• Develop and deliver annual provider and contractor education in collaboration with leadership and department heads.
• Plan and conduct organization-wide and unit-based ongoing education and competency validations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations through collaborative educational efforts.
• Create, assign, and document computer-based learning modules for clinical staff.
• Oversee scheduling and programming of BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Chair and facilitate Education Council and Code Blue and Rapid Response Committee.
