Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Current RN license in Ohio; Professional certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year recent experience in area of specialization preferred.

• Assesses learning needs of associates to plan, organize, and participate in development and teaching of programs.
• Acts as a resource for staff regarding critical thinking, equipment use and problem solving.
• Develops and revises standards of care, policies, and protocols to reflect evidence-based practice.
