Tenet Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse Educator in Hamtramck, MI to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs across units. The educator partners with facility leaders to assess needs, design curricula, and support staff orientation and continuing education.

This role emphasizes clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a culture of learning. The RN Educator will mentor preceptors, lead in-services and Grand Rounds, and contribute to professional growth of nursing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Education or related specialty preferred.
• 3 year nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.

• Develops and revises educational programming for nursing staff across units.
• Facilitates orientation and continuing education for nursing personnel.
• Mentors preceptors and supports professional growth through coaching.
• Collaborates with facility leadership to assess educational needs and implement impact.
