Must hold a Michigan RN license, BLS, and CRRN, with at least 5 years RN education experience; BSN required and MSN preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office, strong interpersonal, project and time management skills, and the ability to lead change and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Current State of Michigan RN license
• BLS certification
• CRRN certification required
• 5 years RN education experience
• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Specialty area certification or nursing professional development preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs and develop/present education for orientation, in-service and continuing education
• Utilize evaluation data to revise education to achieve outcomes
• Document education in accordance with policy and regulatory agencies
• Collaborate with peers, interdisciplinary colleagues and academic partners
• Actively participate in committees, task forces and planning meetings
• Act as a change agent to facilitate evidence-based practice changes
