Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience in acute, community, or long-term care settings.
• Current unencumbered RN license in Oregon or eligible for Oregon licensure.
• Current Health Care Provider BLS card.
• Documentation of immunizations as required by the program.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction for clinical and nursing lab courses as assigned.
• Supervise student clinical experiences in varied care settings.
• Engage with students to support learning outcomes in clinical and lab settings.
• Deliver current course content that is well organized and supports student success.
• Follow program procedures for lab activities and clinical remediation.
• Evaluate student performance using approved evaluation tools.
• Communicate student progress and concerns to program leadership.
• Foster a learning environment inclusive of diverse backgrounds.
• Complete instructional duties, reports, and paperwork as required.
• Maintain professional credentials and participate in development activities.
