Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• Two years of recent clinical experience in the relevant specialty.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs, manages and evaluates student learning in an approved clinical setting.
• Provides clinical, skills lab, and classroom instruction as appropriate.
• Offers feedback to lead faculty regarding student performance and course outcomes.
• Acts as liaison between the clinical agency and Hood College nursing program.
• Collaborates with unit manager to ensure student activities support unit goals.
