Markent Personnel is seeking a Nurse Educator in Warden, WA. The role involves planning, developing, coordinating, and delivering orientation and educational content to nursing staff and overseeing the nurse residency program.

You will facilitate certification classes (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC) and work with nursing leadership to sustain clinical skills, with a full benefits package and relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
• CPR and ACLS/PALS instructor status preferred.

TITLE: Nurse Educator

LOCATION: Warden, WA

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing required, Master's degree in nursing or a related field preferred. Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
• CPR and ACLS/PALS instructor status preferred.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in acute care within the previous 7 years. Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting nursing education.

Hours and compensation potential:

• This is a full-time, salary exempt position.
• Range is $115K-$144K depending on experience.
• Full benefits package including relocation assistance(5K).
