Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses learning needs and identifies development opportunities.
• Designs and delivers training to staff across the organization.
• Evaluates and revises educational offerings to meet changing needs.
• Acts as a resource on teaching methods and materials.
• Develops relationships with community agencies and colleges.
• Plans and evaluates training for palliative care and other programs.
• Supports clinical quality assurance activities.
• Provides training for families and residents across campus.
