Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee orientation for all personnel.
• Track attendance and training completion.
• Review content to reflect current standards of practice and facility policies.
• Collaborate with Compliance Officer and facility leaders on training plans.
• Maintain training records and materials.
