Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required; BSN preferred.
• 1 year of direct patient care in a long-term care facility.
• 2+ years planning, implementing, and evaluating education programs in nursing.
• Two or more years of experience preferred in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and hiring of staff.
• Organize and document all in-service education programs.
• Prepare and post monthly in-service calendars and annual schedules.
• Provide direct resident/patient care.
• Maintain records of in-services and ensure compliance with regulations.
