• Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and mentor staff.
• Oversee Environment of Care (EOC) and Infection Prevention (IP) collaboration with IP departments.
• Update policies and procedures to maintain safe, compliant care.
• Collaborate with system leadership and interdisciplinary teams to align programs.
