Master's degree is required, Doctorate preferred. The role supports teaching both face-to-face and online formats, with standard daytime hours in a full-time capacity and a focus on exceptional student outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of effective college-level work in the area of academic or professional expertise.
• Master's degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• Ability to work in both on-site and online teaching environments.
• Knowledge of computer-based academic delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document student performance and remediation plans.
• Develop and deliver high-quality instruction and course materials.
• Advise students on academic progression and career pathways.
• Participate in curriculum development and accreditation activities.
