Responsibilities include leading education projects, coaching team members, and overseeing the learning function. Requires MSN, RN license in Florida, and strong MS Office skills.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and three years related experience.
• Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and distinctly.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Project, Publisher, and Front Page desired.

• Designs, plans, and manages education projects and formal transition programs.
• Delivers training and facilitates organizational change.
• Measures and evaluates impact of education and improves human performance.
• Oversees divisional education activities and coaching of staff.
• May perform 8 clinical bedside hours monthly in area of specialty.
