• Act as liaison to educational institutions and coordinate student rotation schedules with hospital directors.
• Research and provide educational materials for staff and the community.
• Support staff development and retention initiatives; develop innovative approaches to improve the program’s effectiveness.
• Act as a resource, mentor, and consultant of inpatient care; maintain standards and support performance improvement.
