Qualifications

• Requires a graduate from a nursing specialty training program, with a preference for a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of RN experience, preferably in Med/Surg or hospital settings, is required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to educate and support patients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in disease management and care coordination, ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, monitor patient progress, and support transitions of care.
• Administer medications and vaccines, manage IVs, and prepare laboratory specimens.
• Contribute to designing and evaluating care programs and maintain accurate documentation.
