The position requires California RN licensure with BLS/ACLS; 2 years in a specialty and supervisory experience are preferred. This on-site leadership role supports a compassionate care environment.

Formación

• Education: BS/BSN preferred.
• Experience: Two years in a specialty area; supervisory experience preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: California RN license; BLS and ACLS required; specialty certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff and manage operation and flow of units.
• Coordinate unit schedules and staff assignments; participate in performance appraisals.
• Ensure adherence to Standards of Practice; promote cooperation with physicians and other health care providers.
