Mercy is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee multiple cost centers delivering patient care. The role requires RN licensure in the state of practice and 2–4 years of nurse management experience in a hospital of similar size.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively in writing and orally, coordinate complex patient care with executives and clinicians, and participate in system councils and task forces.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN or related master's program or plan for completion.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• 2–4 years of Nurse Manager experience in a hospital of comparable size.
• Effective written and oral communication; coordinates patient care.
• Active in community/professional organizations; maintains professionalism.
