The Nurse Director, in collaboration with the Associate Chief Nursing Officer, is responsible for planning clinical services to ensure the efficient and appropriate delivery of care to the patient population. The Nurse Director will adhere to organizational philosophies and ensure quality care is delivered cost-effectively. They will provide overall administrative direction and leadership for clinical staff, policies, procedures, and programs for the unit, and will be responsible for the 24-hour delivery of nursing care in the department.
