Trilogy Health Services in Columbus, OH seeks a Nurse Director in Training to learn the duties of and assist the Assistant Director of Health Services and/or The Director of Health Services in managing the day-to-day functions of the overall health concerns of each resident, and the overall operation of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to assure that the highest degree

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree
• Experience: 3-5 years

Responsibilities

• Learns and assists the Assistant/Director of Health Services in daily nursing operations.
• Participates in rounds and ensures nursing care aligns with standards and resident wishes.
• Monitors medication passes and treatment schedules as ordered.
• Helps recruit nursing staff and supports QA and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinates with other campus services to maintain continuous resident care.
