Job summary

United Needs and Abilities, Inc. is seeking an RN to support residential delegating nurse case managers, ensuring nursing standards and regulatory compliance.

You will lead and train Direct Support Professionals, oversee care plans, and coordinate with medical offices while maintaining rights and confidentiality. This on-site role requires effective English communication and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and licensed by Maryland or reciprocity.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities are required.
• Must be able to obtain necessary health clearances and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities, delegate nursing tasks, and provide guidance to staff.
• Follow policies, ensure care orders are followed, and coordinate with care teams.
• Develop policies and training programs to improve care quality.
• Maintain nursing service objectives and scheduling of rounds.
• Ensure medication administration is as ordered and compliant with policies.
• Attend Interdisciplinary Meetings with PCPs and other staff.
• Schedule training and monitor implementation of nursing care plans.
