Job summary

Quest Inc. in Lebanon, PA invites a Nurse Consultant (RN) to perform quarterly assessments for Older Adult Daily Living Center participants, provide nursing oversight, and support staff education.

This contract position ensures compliance with 6 Pa. Code regulations, health and safety standards, and requires on-site visits and documentation of findings.

Licensed RNs (or LPNs under RN supervision) with aging care experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted PA RN or LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year experience with older adults.
• Clearances including background checks and RN license upon hire.
• Knowledge of aging-related health conditions and medication management.
• Familiarity with PA OADLC regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review health status of each participant quarterly.
• Review medication procedures and storage.
• Assess personal care policies and documentation.
• Educate and support center staff on infection control and care needs.
• Document findings in written quarterly nursing report.
• Submit findings to Program Director for licensing compliance.
