Qualifications

• State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• 2–4+ years of RN experience.
• Experience in public health nursing, immunization services, or related programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate professional nursing staff.
• Coordinate staff workloads and field coverage.
• Monitor provider compliance activities per CDC/MSDH requirements.
• Review documentation for vaccine management and provider compliance.
• Provide technical assistance related to vaccine storage, handling and compliance.
• Mentor and train staff; respond to escalated provider concerns.
