Job summary

Pivotor AI is seeking a Nurse Consultant, Clinical Integration to lead the clinical side of deploying an AI decision support platform inside health systems. You will work directly with client sites to integrate the product into clinical workflow, run chart reviews that feed model refinement, and build clinician relationships that adoption depends on.

This remote role includes travel averaging ten percent to client sites, including overnight, and requires RN expertise and strong communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical experience as a registered nurse.
• Strong understanding of healthcare processes and clinical workflow in inpatient settings.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to align teams around a shared outcome.
• Ability to convey complex clinical and technical information to frontline clinicians and healthcare executives.
• Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes without close supervision.
• Willingness to travel approximately ten percent, including overnight.
• Fluency in English.
• Reliable access to a computer and high speed internet.

• Shape the product roadmap by anticipating what client sites will need next.

About the Role

In this role, you will work directly with client sites to integrate the product into clinical workflow, run chart reviews that feed model refinement, and build the clinician relationships that adoption depends on.

This role is ideal for a registered nurse who has worked inside quality improvement or clinical informatics and can move between a bedside conversation and a health system executive briefing without changing gear.

The role is fully remote, with travel averaging ten percent to client sites, including overnight.

What you bring

Must have

• 5+ years of clinical experience as a registered nurse

Nice to have

• Experience on quality improvement teams, particularly sepsis or hospital acquired pressure injury programs
• Experience in clinical informatics or clinical analytics roles
• Exposure to clinical decision support, early warning systems, or predictive models in live clinical use
• Experience supporting enterprise software deployment inside health systems
• Experience presenting to health system executive stakeholders
• Ability to read and interpret clinical research
• Track record of problem solving through structured research or project work
• Experience working across multiple client sites at the same time
