Job Summary
Recruit and screen potential study subjects, maintain manual of operations, administer questionnaires, EKGs, and vitals. Part-time (including weekends).
Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen potential study subjects and administer questionnaires.
- Create and maintain all documents and case report forms related to the study; maintain ongoing manual of operations and interface with the IRB, R&D and DSMB to ensure all study documents and continuing reviews are done, accurate and up to date.
- Measure vital signs; perform EKGs and phlebotomy with blood sample handling including centrifuging, freezing and shipping of samples.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia with a minimum of three years of clinical experience in a specialized area. Must possess a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS/BCLS certification.
- OR
- Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia with a minimum of six years of clinical experience in a specialized area. Must possess a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS/BCLS certification.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases
Shift / Salary / Benefits
- Part-time: 0.50 FTE
- Shift: Days (including weekends)
- Pay Band: B13
- Salary: $32.93/hourly - $43.26/hourly
- Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
