Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio required.
• BSN to be obtained within five years of hire.
• BLS certification required prior to patient contact; ACLS within 6 months for certain units.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient, family and environment; identify safety risks and initiate safety initiatives.
• Coordinate and revise multidisciplinary plan of care with patient and family; communicate using SBAR.
• Provide evidence-based, holistic nursing care; evaluate and adjust plan of care with the team.
• Respond to emergencies with precision and maintain safety; prevent contamination and protect patients.
