Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments via phone or in person and implement nursing interventions.
• Execute routine nursing duties including phlebotomy, medication administration, vital signs, and specimen handling.
• Document all nursing assessments and interventions clearly in the medical record.
• Triage calls and coordinate patient education and referrals with other departments.
