Job summary

Northside Hospital in Georgia is seeking a clinical leadership RN to serve as a unit-based resource and educator. You will drive staff development, orientation, onboarding, competency, and patient education while advancing quality improvement across the care team.

As a role model of clinical excellence, you will support established standards of care, participate in clinical improvement activities, and mentor nurses to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing or related field.
• Licensed RN in Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Two years of experience as an RN.
• Two years of clinical experience as an RN in the clinical specialty.
• Current Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association).
• Color vision required for unit-specific roles.

Serves as a role model of clinical excellence in nursing knowledge and clinical practice.

REQUIRED

1. Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing or related field
2. Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
3. Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
4. Two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the clinical specialty.
5. Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support.
6. Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

PREFERRED

1. Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
