Intermountain Health is seeking a Nurse Clinical Leader in Lafayette, Colorado to provide leadership and clinical expertise during shifts on the ACE unit, manage staffing and resources, and support staff development. The role combines ongoing bedside nursing with unit-level leadership and governance.

The position involves scheduling, competency maintenance, onboarding, and performance reviews, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient patient care delivery in a high-acuity geriatric setting.

Formación

• Current nursing license to practice as an RN in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days.
• BSN required; if not already obtained within four years of hire or promotion, must complete.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and clinical expertise during shifts and within the department.
• Lead staffing decisions, scheduling, and staff competency development.
• Supervise performance reviews and onboarding for new hires.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety across the unit.
• Support governance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
